We will be focusing more on scissoring because there are many benefits which are:

Dogs
Basic Grooming (1hr ~ 2h)
- Nail Clipping
- Plucking of ear fur to prevent dirt build-up
- Cleaning of ears to check for infections and mites
- Shaving of Belly + Anal + Pawpad Fur for hygiene
- Anal gland expression
- Bathing, blow dry and complete with brushing
Full Grooming (2h ~ 3h)
- Basic Grooming + full body clipping / scissoring
Small: 40 cm and below
Medium: 41 cm to 60 cm
Large: 61 cm to 80 cm

Basic Grooming (1h ~ 2h)
- Nail Clipping
- Cleaning of ears to check for infections and mites
- Shaving of belly fur (optional) + Pawpad fur
- Bathing, blow dry and complete with brushing
Full Grooming (1.5h ~ 3h)
- Basic Grooming + Full body haircut
Cancellation or Deferment
Please allow at least 24hrs notice should there be an urgent need of cancellation or deferment of grooming appointments, please kindly contact Dylan, 9487 8216.
* Special Note
- We will not be able to groom your pet if we find that it is unwell or having serious infection; It will be advisable for you to bring him/her to visit the vet in such situation.
- All prices listed are based prices, actual pricing may varies after we examine your pet.
- We will recommend a 'shave down' cut (Botak) if your pet is severely matted
- Owners are advised not to distract their pet during grooming because they have the tendency to feel uneasy especially when they know the presence of their owner. This might cause danger to both the groomer or/and your pet.
- If your dog is aggressive, we will need to muzzle them to prevent injuries for both the groomer a
- If your pet is a puppy/kitten, make sure they have at least two vaccinations.
Frequently Asked Question
1. Can i stay and see my dog while you are grooming?
- We do not recommend customer to stay and watch your pet while grooming because they will tend to feel uneasy and groomer might have a hard time grooming them.
For home-based grooming, we do not allow customer to stay at the house for the whole grooming session. Rest assure that we will take care of your pet. So during this time, you can go home or shop around the area while waiting for the collection of your pet.
2. Why is my pet screaming when you are grooming?
- Grooming have to train since young so that they will get use to it. If not like plucking the ear fur or cutting the nail, they might scream because they are scare and not that we have injure them. Sometime we have not even pluck the ear fur or cutting the nail, they were already screaming.
3. What if my pet are super aggressive?
- We will need to understand the cause of the aggressiveness as this behavior can be resulted from unpleasant experiences or health problem. We seek your understanding if we are unable to groom them when our groomers are at risk. More time and effort is also required to pacify uncooperative furkids.
4. Will you beat my pet if they were naughty?
- Our answer is NO NO NO. We will not beat them and that is not the right way.
5. Why is the grooming hours so long?
- There are few reasons that lead to this. Your pet might have lots of tangle or mat or they are super naughty and more. We will inform you once we have finish the grooming.
6. Is there any transportation service?
- Call to confirm when booking appointment with us.
7. Is your groomer certified ?
- Yes. All our groomers are certified Professional Groomers.
8. Do you hand dry or cage dry my pet?
- We only hand dry them.
